This configuration combines the clear, transparent vintage tone of the “51 Nocaster” with the “Broadcaster,” which delivers a very thick and powerful midrange.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e \nThe controls follow the “Modern Tele w\/GR.BKT PH” configuration.\u003cbr\u003e \nIt features a 3-way switch (front\/mix\/rear) that’s easy to use even by today’s standards, and incorporates a special “Grease Basket” circuit that cleanly cuts the high frequencies without boosting the low end.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e \nAs this is a relic model, the details of the scratches are unclear, but there is no noticeable major damage.\u003cbr\u003e \nThe neck is in good condition, and the frets have ample height remaining.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e \nAdditionally, two screw holes—presumably drilled for adjusting pickup height—have been added to the pickguard. * Although not original, a single-ply white pickguard without relic treatment is included.
