Gibson Custom Shop has just received a 2007 Historic Collection 1958 Les Paul Standard VOS!

The maple top is plain, calm, and elegant, just like the 1958 model.

The body material is maple top, mahogany body and neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
Standard specs.

The fretboard is made of rosewood with a very unique fretboard surface, which is similar to the rosewood used for the sides and back of the Bob Dylan SJ-200 Collector's Edition.
The neck shape has a grippy feel as if it was made in 1958, and is very comfortable to hold.

Burst Bucker 1 & 2 pickups, which are standard vintage pickups, are equipped.
The output has a shimmering sound with a sense of power from midrange to high range.
The neck position produces a fat and sweet tone, while the bridge position produces a crunchy and hard-driving tone.

There are some minor scratches and dents scattered around the body, but there are no major scratches that stand out.
Considering the age of the instrument, it is in relatively clean condition.
Other than that, some of the hardware is cloudy.
Unfortunately, the certificate of authenticity is missing.

There is room on both sides of the truss rod, the neck is in good condition, and there are approximately 60% frets remaining.

The calm looks and Les Paul-like tone make it a very versatile and highly recommended instrument!

トップのメイプルは1958年モデルらしくプレーンで落ち着いた上品な杢目となっております。

ボディマテリアルはメイプルトップにマホガニーボディ＆ネック、ローズウッド指板の
定番スペック。

指板はBob Dylan SJ-200 Collector’s Editionのサイド＆バックで使われている様な杢の出たローズウッドが使われており非常に個性的な指板面となっております。
ネックシェイプは1958年仕様らしくグリップ感のあるシェイプとなっており握りごたえ抜群です。

ピックアップにはヴィンテージ系ピックアップとして定番のBurst Bucker1＆2を搭載。
中域から高域にかけてパワー感があり、煌びやかなサウンドをアウトプット。
ネックポジションでは太く甘いトーン、ブリッジポジションではクランチからハードにドライブさせても
LesPaulらしいトーンを出力します。

ボディを中心に細かな傷や打痕等が点在しておりますが、目立つ様な大きな傷も無く
年式を考えると比較的綺麗なコンディションを保っています。
その他には一部ハードウェアの曇り等が見受けられます。
残念ながら認定書等は欠品しております。

トラスロッド左右に余裕あり、ネックコンディション問題なくフレット残量は6割程ございます。

落ち着いたルックスとレスポールらしいトーンは非常に万能でオススメの一本となっております！！

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
