Custom 24
From its establishment in 1985 to the present day, the Custom 24, one of PRS's flagship models, has undergone numerous specification changes and has always been a leader in the music scene of its time. Although the quality of the early models was already very high, Mr. Paul Reed-Smith's belief that "the latest model is always the best ever" is the result of his continuous pursuit of the best and trial and error. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.

Body, neck, and fingerboard
The body is a royal combination of flame maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. Indian rosewood is used for the fingerboard.

Neck Shape
Pattren Regular" neck shape is used. It is moderately thick and has a grippy feeling.

Pickups
Originally, "59/09" pickups were installed, but they have been replaced with "85/15" pickups.
The 85/15 pickups are characterized by a smooth and extended bass range and a clear and wide treble range.

Selector etc.
A 5-way blade switch is equipped to produce a very sparkling halftone sound that combines a single coil sound with a general humbucker sound.

Position 3: Humbucker (bridge) + humbucker (neck)

Condition.
There is a wood chip on the tip of the head, a ding under the bridge on the top of the body, a 4mm paint chip on the back of the body, and many other scratches and dings.
The neck, frets, truss rod, etc. are all in good playing condition.

ボディ・ネック・指板
ボディにはフレイムメイプルトップ、マホガニーバック、マホガニーネックと王道の組み合わせ。指板にはインディアンローズウッドを採用。

ネックシェイプ
ネックシェイプは「Pattren Regular」を採用。適度な太さでグリップ感のあるフィーリングとなっております。

ピックアップ
ピックアップには本来であれば「59/09」が搭載されておりましたが「85/15」へ交換されております。
85/15ピックアップはスムーズに伸びる低音域と、明瞭かつワイドな高音域が特徴の重厚かつ煌びやかなサウンドは、ロックを中心に幅広いジャンルでお使いいただけます。

セレクターetc
5Wayのブレードスイッチが搭載され、一般的なハムバッカーサウンドに加え、シングルコイルサウンドを組み合わせた非常に煌びやかなハーフトーンが得られます。

ヘッド先に木部欠け、ボディトップブリッジ下に打痕が1つあり、ボディバックに4mm程の塗装欠け、その他擦り傷や打痕が多く点在し使用感がありますが、ネック、フレット・トラスロッド等、演奏に関わるコンディション全て問題ございません。
また入荷時、当社リペアセンターにて全体調整とフレットすり合わせをしておりますので、安心してお使いいただけます。
