Mr. Susumu Tamura, a legendary engineer who worked at Maxon from the 1970s to the 2000s and was a key figure in the company's technical development, is well known throughout the world.
The #1 Cloning mod series reproduces the tone of the 1980 TS-808 Tube Screamer by modifying the current TS808 to recreate the vintage model down to the finest details such as frequency response and waveform. The update to Version 2 (V.2) has enhanced the vintage feel of both the bypass and overdrive sounds, reproducing a tone that more closely resembles the original #1. Extended bass and a sense of separation and transparency that contradict each other. Despite the vintage-like TS sound, it is as if there is a transparent element mixed in there. It reproduces not only the overdrive sound, but also the vintage-like tone change when bypassed.

元日伸音波製作所(Maxon)に1970年代から2000年代まで在籍し、同社の技術開発の要となっていた、世界にその名を知られる伝説のエンジニア“田村進” 氏。
同氏が1980年製のTS-808 Tube Screamerの音色を現行品のTS808をモディファイすることで、サンプルとなったヴィンテージ個体を周波数特性や波形などの詳細まで再現したのが、この#1 Cloning modシリーズです。Version 2(V.2)へのアップデートにより、バイパスサウンド、オーバードライブサウンドともにヴィンテージ感を強め、よりオリジナルの#1に酷似した音色を再現。伸びやかな低音と、それに相反する分離感と透明感。ヴィンテージ然としたTSサウンドにも関わらず、まるでそこにトランスペアレント系の要素が混じっているかのようです。オーバードライブサウンドだけでなく、バイパス時のヴィンテージ然とした音色変化も再現しています。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.

Please be patient while we do inter-company transfers on your items. The usual wait time for our shipping is 7 to 10 days worldwide. We are open from 10:00am until 6:00pm (Tokyo time zone)
