1989 Gibson / Les Paul Standard BS is in stock!

This Les Paul Standard BS is made of the royal wood materials such as 2-piece maple top, 1-piece mahogany body, and mahogany neck. The plain and calm maple top and the sunburst color faded with age make this a very austere instrument. The neck is moderately slim.

The pickups are HB-R/HB-T (board pickups) which are unique to this era. The pickups have a characteristic sound with a sense of power with the low to mid range raised. Since these pickups were only manufactured for a short period of time, they are becoming rarer and rarer every year.

There are scratches and dents throughout. There are also some minor weather checks from the body to the head. * The back of the neck also has some paint peeling.

Other damage is commensurate with its age, such as the paint's overall lack of luster, cracked escutcheons (the rear escutcheon has been replaced), and fogging of the hardware. There are also some holes (not filled) due to refretting, knob replacement, and strap pin relocation.

The guitar has a strong sense of use, but the weather checks and faded coloring give it a realistic aged appearance. Please consider this opportunity.

2ピース・メイプルトップに1ピース・マホガニーボディ、マホガニーネックといった王道ウッドマテリアル。落ち着いたプレーンなメイプルトップに経年により退色したサンバーストが渋い個体となります。ネックは程よくスリムな仕様となります。

ピックアップはこの年代特有のHB-R/HB-T(基板ピックアップ)を搭載。低域から中域が持ち上がったパワー感のあるサウンドが特徴的なピックアップとなります。わずかな期間しか製造されていなかったため、年々その希少性も高くなってきています。

全体的にキズや打痕などがございます。また、ボディからヘッドに掛けて全体的に経年による細かなウェザーチェックが見受けられます。* ネック裏も塗装剥がれなどございます。

その他には塗装の光沢が全体的に飛んでおり、エスカッションの割れ(リアエスカッションは交換)、ハードウェアの曇り等の年代相応のダメージがございます。またリフレット、ノブ交換、ストラップピン移設に伴う穴跡(埋めていません)がございます。

使用感は強めとなりますが、ウェザーチェックや退色の具合などリアルなエイジングが魅力的な1本です。ぜひこの機会にご検討下さいませ。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.
