The 17" wide jumbo body, spruce top, and maple side/back give it a deep sound that is coveted by guitarists all over the world.
The body and neck are made of very tight spruce with deep figured wood, and the nut width is about 39.5mm.
Narrow neck with 39.5mm nut width, stinger head, pickguard with screws, adjustable bridge saddle replaced with a slot-mounted straight saddle (glued in).
There is a history of parts replacement and repairs to maintain playability, such as peg replacement, re-nut/refret, etc.
A strap pin has been added to the heel of the neck, and a passive contact PU has been mounted inside the body and replaced with an endpin jack.
There is a slight lift of the pickguard near the sound hole, a bent rod cover, and rattling of the pegs, but none of these affect the sound (chatter, resonance, tuning).
Of course, there are scratches and paint cracks commensurate with the age of the instrument, but the absence of major wood cracks is very positive.

The saddle has been straightened, which is a good thing, but the straight saddle gives plenty of overtones, and the attack has the crispness and density characteristic of 60's Gibsons, so you can enjoy a cohesive sound with less clatter in a good sense.
The neck has been kept straight, and with the above mentioned re-nut and refret, the playing condition is unquestionable. There are no parts that need repair or adjustment at present, and this vintage Gibson is ready to go.
The price of Vintage Gibson has been rising sharply in the last few years, especially because of the small number of Vintage Gibsons in circulation in Japan. Although they are not highly original and are less valued as collector's items, these players' gears are also difficult to find.
This is one that we recommend to Gibson fans, vintage fans, and active players alike.
