The basic specs are based on Moon's orthodox "JB-4C," and this carefully handmade instrument is also very comfortable to play and the neck grip is just right. The JB-4C is a well-reputed jazz bass type instrument from Moon, and is trusted by top bassists in Japan.
The combination of the alder body and maple fingerboard produces a crisp and rich sound that is unlike any other bass. The brass nut is a notable feature of this bass. The golden color looks good, but the rich sustain and shimmering sound is what makes it so irresistible.
The pickups are Moon's original "OXALIS JB". This pickup has a very excellent volume balance of the sound, and is characterized by the stickiness of the mid-high to mid-low range of notes. Whether you are playing alone or with a band, it will create a pleasant groove.
