This model was sold as a set with the Woody Guthrie Southern Jumbo in the early 2000s. It has been re-released several times since then, but is now out of the lineup.
Nut width: approx. 40mm, 22 3/4" (577mm) short scale. The width is 323mm, but the sound is unmistakably GIBSON with a core acoustic sound.
This is a guitar that has a pleasant box sound, which is no wonder why it is so popular among blues guitarists and fingerpickers.
Although marketed as an Arlo Guthrie model, it is a reissue of the Gibson LG-2 3/4 size model manufactured between 1949 and 1962, and favored by various artists.
The body is made of Sitka spruce veneer on the top, mahogany veneer on the sides and back, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
The top has a small ding that just barely fits on the painted surface, and there is a large 7cm scratch on the bottom of the body that is also just on the painted surface!
Please play it with a good fingering.

2000年代初期にWoody Guthrie　Southern Jumboとセット販売されていた本モデル。その後に幾度か再販されていますが現在はラインアップからは外れているGibson Arlo Guthrie LG-2 3/4が中古で入荷しました。
ナット幅：約40ｍｍ、22 3/4インチ(577ｍｍ)のショートスケール。横幅は323mmという小振りサイズですが、サウンドは紛れもなくGIBSONらしい 芯のあるアコースティックサウンド。
ブルース系ギタリスト、フィンガーピッカーに高い人気・評価を誇るのも納得の箱の鳴りが気持ち良い1本です。
アーロ・ガスリーモデルとして発売されていますが、1949年～1962年の間に製造されたGibson LG-2 3/4サイズの復刻モデルで 様々なアーティストが好んで使っています。
ボディトップはシトカスプルース単板、サイド＆バックはマホガニー単板のオール単板仕様で、ネックもマホガニー、指板はローズウッドといった仕様です。
使用感少なく、しかしトップに塗装面ギリギリで収まる小さな打痕と ボディ下部にことらも塗装面のみの直線7cm 大き目のひっかき傷など が見られますが 演奏状態は良好！
是非 渋くフィンガリングしていただきたい1本です。
