USED Paul Reed Smith / Japan Limited CE24 Satin [06]

The "CE24" was produced until the late 2000s, and was a popular model comparable to the popular Custom 24.
The "CE24" was made with the same quality as the Custom 24 and was famous for being used by big-name professional musicians, but it was sadly discontinued and rarely seen these days. The maple bolt-on neck gives this model a different sound from the mahogany set-neck model, with a good attack.
While following the previously produced CE, this model is equipped with the recently introduced 85/15 pickups. While the grating high notes are suppressed, a wide range of sound from thick bass to gentle high notes can be produced. The pickup choice seems to match the maple bolt-on neck.
The 3-way toggle switch and coil tap specification make the operation simple and easy to understand. In fact, I have the impression that many players use humbuckers as their main sound.
Of course, the humbucker setting also produces a trebly, energetic sound, which is different from the Custom Series guitars.

Currently, there is a ding near the strap pin on the 6th string side horn, a scratch on the buckle, and some shiny paint on the cutaway on the 1st string side.
The original color is unknown (probably Peacock Blue) due to the strong fading of the body. There are other signs of use, but there are no problems with playability.
