This is an Acrolite snare from the 1980s Granite-like paint period.
It is estimated to have been made in 1989 based on the 989 notation inside the shell. The serial number is 31193541.

The gray paint is thicker than the 70's and the B/O badge has rounded corners on this 1980's version.
The switch has been replaced with a current P-85.
The inner mute has been removed.

There are some minor scratches, but the snare looks clean enough for an 80's snare.
There are no particular defects, and the sound is good.

This model has a tight and light sound with a clear midrange, which is typical of aluminum, and is a favorite of many players in all genres.
The sound and appearance are somewhere between the 70's and the 90's. It is an Acrolite of the generation that has a unique presence. It comes with a hard case, the so-called UFO case.

シェル内側989表記から89年製と推測されます。シリアルは31193541です。

グレーの塗装は70年代よりも厚めで、B/Oバッジの角も丸いのが特徴の1980年代のバージョンです。
スイッチは現在のP-85に交換しております。
インナーミュートは外されております。

細かい傷などはあるものの、80年代のスネアとしては十分綺麗な印象。
特に不具合箇所もなくサウンドも良好で良く鳴っております。

アルミらしいタイトで中域のくっきりした軽快なサウンドであらゆるジャンルで愛用者の多い当モデル。
80年代の個体は結構マイナーな存在ですが、見た目もサウンドも70年代と90年代以降の中間的な印象で、独特の存在感がある世代のアクロライトです。いわゆるUFOケースと呼ばれるハードケース付きです。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
