Fender Custom Shop 1955 Precision Bass NOS 2 Color Sunburst, made in 2005, is now in stock!
This is a CS builder's reproduction of a 1955 Precision Bass with the original 1951 body and contoured finish.
It has a 2P ash body, 1P maple neck, 1P white pickguard, 1.69" nut width, 1955 Soft V neck shape, and 7.25" fingerboard radius, all with a vintage feel. The pickups have been replaced with Seymour Duncan SCPB-2s. The sharp response that produces a pleasant compressiveness and the midrange are coordinated, resulting in a powerful and clean sound that is hard to believe it is a single coil pickup!
Please note that the certificate of authenticity is missing from the time of delivery.

The pickguard has some age-related deformation (gaps where the pickguard touches the body) and some color burn. There are weather checks around the body from the time of arrival, and these are damages that occurred later due to the NOS specifications. Also, there are pickup fence/bridge cover marks on the top of the body, and dents with paint chips around the sides of the body. There are paint reaction marks on the neck grip, a gouge on the first string side of the fretboard, and some dents with paint cracks scattered throughout the rest of the guitar. The hardware is dull, but there are currently no operational problems.

Neck condition is fine (frets have been fretted).
There is enough room for truss rod.
About 60% frets remaining.
String height on the 12th fret: 1st string: approx. 2.0mm, 4th string: approx. 2.5mm

1951年当初のボディにコンター加工が施された1955年プレシジョンベースをCSビルダーによって再現された1本。
アッシュ2Pボディにメイプル1Pネック、1P白ピックガード、約1.69inchナット幅、1955 Soft V ネックシェイプ、約7.25inch指板ラディアスという、どこを取ってもヴィンテージフィールな手触りとなっております。ピックアップはSeymour Duncan SCPB-2に交換されております。心地よいコンプ感を生み出す鋭いレスポンスに加え、ミッドレンジが協調されることで、シングルコイル1発とは思えないようなパワフル且つ抜けのいいサウンドに仕上がっております！
尚、入荷時より認定書は欠品となっておりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

ピックガードには経年による変形(ボディ接地部分に隙間)や色焼けが見られます。入荷時よりボディ周辺にはウェザーチェックが入っており、NOS仕様であるため後から発生したダメージでございます。また、ボディトップにピックアップフェンス/ブリッジカバー跡、ボディサイド周辺に塗装欠けを伴う打痕が点在しております。ネックグリップには塗装反応跡、指板サイド1弦側1Fに抉れ、あとは全体的に塗装割れを伴う打痕が点在しております。ハードウェアにはくすみこそ見られますが、使用する上での動作問題は現状ありません。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
