The first Clapton model, 000-42EC, made in 1995 and limited to 461 pieces, is now in stock!
The first Clapton model, a 461-piece limited edition of Clapton's '39 000-42, which started the "Unplugged" movement of a generation!
It features a spruce top, rosewood side & back body, the familiar 44.5mm nut width mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard & bridge, and open back butterbean knob pegs. This special one has an EC inlay on the last fret and an in-body label signed by C.F. Martin IV and Eric Clapton.

The body has some signs of use such as wiping scratches, scuffs, line scratches, and dents. There are some minor picking scratches on the pickguard. The sound hole has two cracks along the side of the neck. There are numerous fine dents on the lower right side of the body top, and a pea-sized dent in the center of the lower edge. There are also some small and large dents scattered around the left neckline. There are some adhesive repair marks on the binding of both necklines of the body top, and the left neckline of the body back has some aggressive adhesive repair marks. There are dents, scratches, and line scratches on the lower right side of the body. There is a line scratch on the lower left side of the body back. There is a small gap in the binding at the back neck end due to shrinkage. There is a scratch on the back of the neck on the side of the 1st floor of the 3rd string that looks like it has been hit by an accessory. The binding on the lower left side of the head top has also been glued back in place. There is a ding on the upper right tip of the back of the head.

The truss rod is tight, but it can be adjusted in the direction to tighten or loosen, and it can still be turned in the direction to tighten. The frets have a few string marks in the low position, but there are currently no playing problems. The rest of the fretboard is about 70% full. The current string height is about 2.5mm on the 6th string at the 12th fret and about 2.0mm on the 1st string. The remaining saddle height has a small amount of adjustment range.

Overall, the guitar is not collectible as it has some signs of use and binding repair. The soundhole crack is due to the neck itself being slightly shifted toward the body end, as evidenced by the binding on both sides of the neck wrapping inward on the top of the body. There are no major problems at this time, but please note that there are no guarantees regarding this. Playability is well taken care of and there are no problems. The price has been well taken into consideration. This is a collectible item and a chance to play it without hesitation!

Neck condition is generally in good condition.
The truss rod can be adjusted in the direction of tightening and loosening, and can still be turned in the direction of tightening and adjustable.
Fret remainder about 70%.

『アンプラグド』の一代ムーブメントを起こした、クラプトンの39年製000-42を461本限定で再現した初代クラプトンモデル!
スプルーストップ、ローズウッドサイド&バックのボディ、お馴染みのナット幅44.5mmのマホガニーネック、エボニー指板＆ブリッジ、オープンバックのバタービーンノブのペグを採用。最終フレットに入ったECのインレイとボディ内ラベルにはC.F.Martin IVとEric Claptonの直筆サインが入ったスペシャルな1本。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、線キズ、打痕等使用感があります。ピックガードには細かい感じでピッキングキズがあります。サウンドホールにはネックサイドに沿う感じで2箇所クラックがあります。ボディトップ右下には細かく無数の打痕群があり、下部エッジ中心部分には豆粒大の打痕があります。また左クビレ周辺にも大小打痕が点在しております。ボディトップの両クビレバインディングに接着修正跡があり、ボディバック左クビレ部分にも少々強引に接着修理跡があります。ボディ右下サイド部分には打痕やスリキズ、線キズがあります。ボディバック左下には線キズがあります。またボディバックネックエンドのバインディングには収縮による僅かな隙間があります。ネック裏3弦1F脇辺りにはアクセサリーを当てたのかゴリゴリと当てキズがあり、その他にも3F裏中心部分には米粒大の打痕や8F4弦裏にはゴマ粒代の打痕や線キズがあります。ヘッドトップ左下のバインディングも接着修正されております。ヘッド裏先端右上部分には打痕があります。

ネックコンディションは概ね問題なく、トラスロッドは固めではございますが締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向にまだ回せ調整可能です。フレットにはローポジションあたりに少々弦跡が入っておりますが演奏上での問題は現状ありません。残りは7割程度です。現状弦高は12フレット6弦側で約2.5mm、1弦側で約2.0mmで調整されております。サドルの高さは残りは少なめで調整幅は少ないです。

全体的には使用感やバインディング修正痕等ありコレクタブルな内容ではありません。またサウンドホールの割れに関しては、ネック自体がボディエンド方向に僅かにずれた事によるもので、ボディトップのネック両脇のバインディングが内側に巻き込んでいることがそれを証明しております。現状大きな問題はありませんが、これに関しては保証はありませんので予めご了承ください。プレイアビリティはしっかり取られており問題ありません。お値段にも十分に考慮させて頂いております。コレクタブルなアイテム遠慮なくプレイするチャンスともいえます!
