FENDER JAPAN ST57-53VWH is in stock!

The serial number indicates that it was manufactured around 1983-1984. The factory is Fuji Stringed Instruments Mfg. There is also a "MADE IN JAPAN" sign near the serial number!

Most of the major parts are original, but the pressed saddle of the bridge has been replaced (there is no Fender stamp, but it is 11mm pitch millimeter standard, so it seems to be of the same grade as back then!) ) The bridge press saddle has been replaced. The tremolo back plate (back cover for ST) also seems to have been replaced, but it looks like Showa or Heisei era parts, and the yellowing is very cool!

There are some yellowing on the vintage white finish color and resin parts, but it may be clean and beautiful even though it has been about 40 years since it was manufactured and shipped from the factory! There is a scratch on the 6th string side of the body that is about the size of a grain of rice, but it has been touched up. Also, there are paint cracks on both sides of the neck joint pocket, but this is a common problem on F-company bolt-on models. The fingerboard paint is dotted with flakes of paint that you might see on vintage guitars, which is cool! There is one sesample ding on the neck grip, but it is surprising that it is the only one! The neck set plate (neck joint plate) has some rust that has occurred due to age and some sandpaper marks from attempts to remove it, but considering the age of the instrument since its manufacture, it is generally in excellent condition!

The condition of the neck has been checked and adjusted, and other parts of the neck have been inspected and adjusted at our repair center.

Neck condition is presently fine.
Truss rod has room to spare.
About 80-70% frets remaining.
String height on the 12th fret: 6th string side: approx. 2.0mm, 1st string side: approx. 1.5mm

シリアルナンバーから製造時期は1983年-1984年頃らしいです。製造工場は当時CBSフェンダー社とOEM提携してた富士弦楽器製造株式会社製の個体でございます! シリアルナンバー付近には『MADE IN JAPAN』の表記もございますよ!

主要パーツは粗方がオリジナルでございますが、消耗パーツとも考えられるブリッジのプレスサドルは交換されています(フェンダー刻印はございませんが11mmピッチのミリ規格なので当時と同等のグレードかと!)。また、トレモロバックプレート(ST用裏カバー)も交換されてるように感じられますが昭和や平成のパーツのようで黄変具合がカッコイイです!

外観コンディションビンテージホワイトのフィニッシュカラーと樹脂パーツに黄変がございますが製造完成出荷時から約40年を迎えている個体なのに清潔美品かもしれません! 目立つキズ類はボディの6弦側に米粒くらいの大きさの塗膜損傷を伴います打痕がございますがタッチアップされています。また、ネックジョイントポケットの両サイドに塗膜クラックが発生してますがF社ボルトオン構造の個体だとよく見掛ける症状かと。フィンガーボードの塗膜にはビンテージギターで見掛けるような塗膜の剥離が点在しててカッコイイです! ネックグリップにゴマ粒程度の打痕がひとつございますがこちらのひとつだけなのでビックリです! ネックセットプレート(ネックジョイントプレート)には経年劣化で発生してしまった錆とそちらの除去を試みたサンドペーパーの研磨痕が発生していますが製造以降の経年期間を考えますと総体的に優良なコンディションかと!

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
