The guitar hero who established the "funk metal" genre, made his shocking debut with EXTREME, and recently made headlines as the backing guitarist for Rihanna at the Super Bowl halftime show, This guitar is a signature model of Nuno Bettencourt, and appears to be a Japanese-made N4 from the mid-90's. The body is a bold downsizing of the ST shape, and features a Stephens Extended Cutaway with a unique joint system for ultimate playability at high frets. Maple neck and ebony fingerboard. The pickups are a combination of Nuno's favorite Duncan SH-1 and Bill Lawrence L-500. The simple controls such as one volume and pickup selector make this model very practical.

There are many scratches and dings overall, and there are signs of use such as decal peeling near the neck end and black stain on the side of the rear pickup. Although there are many signs of use, each part has been maintained and cleaned, and there are no playability issues. The back panel is missing. The case included is for a bass.

”ファンクメタル”というジャンルを確立し、EXTREMEで衝撃的なデビューを果たし、最近ではスーパーボールのハーフタイムショーでリアーナのバックギタリストを務めたことで話題になったギターヒーロー、ヌーノ・ベッテンコートのシグネイチャーモデル。90年代半ばに製造されていた日本製のN4と思われます。STシェイプを大胆にダウンサイジングしたボディに、独自のジョイント方式によりハイフレットでの演奏性を究極に高めたステファンズ・エクステンド・カッタウェイが採用されたメイプルネック/エボニー指板。ピックアップはヌーノお気に入りのダンカンSH-1とビル・ローレンスL-500のコンビネーション。ワンボリュームにピックアップセレクターといったシンプルなコントロールで非常に実用性の高いモデルです。

全体的に多数の擦り傷や打痕があり、ネックエンド付近のデカール剥がれやリアピックアップ脇に黒ずみなど使い込まれた形跡が見られます。使用感は多いですが、各部メンテナンス・クリーニング済みでプレイヤビリティに問題はございません。バックパネルは欠品しております。付属ケースはベース用となります。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.
