USED Gibson USA Gibson / Heritage Series Les Paul Standard-80 Gold Top [20]

This is a "Les Paul Standard 80" gold top 1981 Les Paul Standard 80 from the "Heritage 80 Les Paul Series" that was introduced in 1980 to answer the resurgence in popularity of the vintage Les Paul Sunburst that has continued since the late 1970s.
Only a small number of these rare gold top Heritage 80s were made in the later years of the Heritage series.
With a small headstock mahogany neck, figured two-piece maple top and one-piece mahogany back, this is one of the pioneers of the "reissue models" that followed Historic in recent years.
The other serial number, which is the serial number of this model, is 3 out of 4 digits, and is engraved under the usual 8-digit serial number on the back of the head, making it a relatively early model.
Usually, this model is equipped with New PAF humbuckers, but both humbuckers have been replaced with "57 Classic" pickups (pots and condensers have been changed accordingly).
The neck has been broken, but it has been fixed in the workshop so there are no problems with playing.
The frets, truss rod cover, and bridge have been replaced. The head and top of the body have been treated with a vintage-style finish, including weather checks.

There is volute processing by neck breakage correction.
Fretboard, pickups, truss rod cover, and bridge have been replaced.
There are scratches, dents, and other age-appropriate features.
The hard case has some damage such as peeling off the exterior.
