This is a 1980 Fender Precision Bass.
The serial number indicates that it was made between 1979 and early 1982, and the serial sticker on the neck joint matches.
The pickup date "127180" indicates 1980, and the pot date "1377934" indicates 1979.
The body material is ash, the neck is maple with a maple fingerboard, and the slightly thicker C shape has a very bouncy and core sound with a punchy attack and tone, the greatest feature of this passive plebe bass sound, which is the rock bass sound.

The neck is currently twisted and wavy, and the strings are set up a little high.
The pegs, bridge, joint plate, and screws have been replaced.
The frets are original and low, but there are no extreme dents or buzzes.
The fretboard is original and low, but it is still in good condition.

Fenderの1980年製プレシジョンベースです。
シリアルから1979～1982年初頭頃の製作と推測され、ネックジョイント部のシリアルステッカーも符合、ネックデイト「0102X1204」より1980年製を指しております。
ピックアップデイトの「127180」から1980年、ポットデイト「1377934」が1979年製というところから総合的に1980年製と判断させていただきました。
ボディ材にはアッシュ、ネックはメイプルネックメイプル指板、やや太めのCシェイプの非常にハリと芯のある、パンチのあるサウンド、アタック感、トーンが最大の特長で、これぞロックベースといったパッシブ・プレベ・ベースサウンドです。

現状でネックにねじれ、波打ちがあり弦高がやや高めにセットアップされております。
ペグ、ブリッジ、ジョイントプレート及びビスが交換されております。
フレットがオリジナルで低くなっていますが、現状極端な凹み等は無くバズもありません。
オリジナル度は低いですがまだまだしっかりと使えるプレイヤーズコンディションの1本となっております。
