USED Gibson Custom Shop / HC 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue Tinner Neck Ultra Light Back Faded Cherry [20]

Very rare spec Historic Collection 1958 Les Paul.
This one was produced in 2014 and is eye-catching in a retro faded cherry color.
It is a rare spec that would not normally be available, as it was probably a spot production model made by a domestic dealer at the time.
The neck is very thin for a 58 model, and is marked "Thinner Neck," making it very thin for a Hiscolle and highly playable.
The black parts (escutcheon, switch plate, pickguard, knobs, etc.) are probably not from Gibson and have been replaced.
The bridge and tailpiece are also external and of an unknown make, and appear to have been replaced with a relatively massive type.
As for the overall condition, there are some scratches and dents from playing, and the top of the neck has some scratches and deterioration of the paint surface due to hanging on the stand.
However, there is no major damage that stands out, and the impression is that the instrument has been well played and treated with care.
The frets and truss rod are in good condition, and playability is excellent.
This is recommended for those who are looking for a rare spec model of Hiscolle, which is not available anywhere else.

Scratches and dents from use are scattered throughout.
