～Story of the "AZ-N

The Ibanez AZ was developed for guitarists with rock/metal/fusion backgrounds in pursuit of a guitar that can be used in all kinds of performance situations.

In 2021, the AZ-N will be added to the AZ family, expanding on the potential of the AZ and targeting guitarists with a Blues/Jazz/Funk background, as typified by Neo Soul, which is flourishing these days.

At first glance, the AZ-N looks similar to the existing AZ, but the pickups and hardware have been carefully examined and developed based on the concept of "a clean tone that can be used in a wide range of applications," and even the fretboard, which directly affects playing comfort, is more than just a sibling of the existing AZ. The AZ-N is more than just a sibling.

Once you take the AZ-N and pluck the strings, you will surely notice the subtle but significant difference in tone and feel!
