Custom 24
Since its establishment in 1985, the Custom 24, one of PRS's most popular models, has undergone numerous specification changes and has always been a leader in the music scene of its time. Although the quality of the early models was already very high, Mr. Paul Reed-Smith's belief that "the latest model is always the best ever" is the result of his continuous pursuit of the best and trial and error. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.

Body, neck, and fingerboard
The body is a royal combination of flame maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.

Neck Shape
Pattren Regular" neck shape is used. It is moderately thick and has a grippy feeling.

Pickups
The "59/09" pickups, also known as the "PAF of the PRS style", are inspired by the 1959 humbuckers and use alnico 2 magnets for a clear and punchy sound. The sound is clear and crisp, and can be used for a wide range of sounds, from clean to drive. The volume/tone controls allow for a more subtle tone to be expressed.

Selector etc.
A 5-way blade switch is equipped to produce a very sparkling halftone sound that combines a single coil sound with a general humbucker sound.

ピックアップ
ピックアップにはブライトでパンチのあるサウンドが特徴で”PRS流のPAF”とも呼ばれている「59/09」を搭載。1959年のハムバッカーにインスパイアされたピックアップで、アルニコ2マグネットを採用し明瞭なサウンドでクリーンからドライブサウンドまで幅広く対応。ボリューム/トーンの調整次第では繊細なトーンもしっかりと表現してくれるのも魅力です。
