K.Yairi's premium compact guitars are made in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan, and feature a small body that is full of character in the All Made in Japan lineup.
The body top is made of cedar, a well-known material used in classical guitars. It has a response recommended for fingerpicking. The side back is made of linden (basswood) for excellent cost performance.
This 2018 model has a unique matte finish with multi-colors that look like a mixture of paints from a palette. The unevenness of the finish, which looks as if it has been aged, is also irresistible.
Although used, there are not many signs of use, but there is a 6mm, 1cm ding on the top of the body under the bridge and a small 1mm ding on the side shoulder of the body, but it does not make enough of an impression to ruin the overall feel of this atmospheric piece. The back of the neck is clean and there is no stress in playing.
The neck, which is one of the features of this guitar, is made of mahogany with a narrow nut width of 42mm. The truss rod and fret remainder are sufficient, and the string height is 2.5mm for the 6th string and 2.0mm for the 1st string at the 12th fret, which is in good condition. The compact body makes it easy to play, and it is recommended for small players and those who are looking for easy portability.

岐阜県可児市で作られるギター。All Made in Japan.のラインナップのなかで、スモールボディにあふれる個性をもったK.Yairiのプレミアム・コンパクト・ギター。
ボディトップにはクラシックギターでおなじみの単板のシダー(杉)。フィンガーピッキングにオススメのレスポンスを秘めてます。サイドバックにはリンデン(バスウッド)を採用しコストパフォーマンスに優れたモデル。
2018年製の本品は、パレットの絵の具が混じり合ったようなマルチカラーの独特な艶消しのフィニッシュ。エージング処理をしたようなムラ感もたまりません。
中古ながら使用感はあまりないものの、ボディトップのブリッジ下に6mm、1cmの打痕、ボディサイド・ショルダーに1mmの小打痕がありますが、雰囲気系の本品には全体感を崩すほどの印象を与えません。ネック裏は綺麗で演奏のストレスはありません。
特徴の一つでもあるネックはナット幅42mmと細めにできておりマホガニー材を採用の本格派。トラスロッド、フレット残りも充分で、弦高は12フレットで6弦：2.5mm/1弦：2.0mmとコンデションは良好です。コンパクトボディと相まって演奏性がよく、小柄な方や楽なポータビリティをお考えのかたにオススメの一本です。
