Momose guitars and basses are produced by a small group of elite craftsmen at the Asuka factory in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, under the supervision of "Yasuo Momose," a master craftsman from Shinshu who is renowned as the best neck craftsman in Japan.
While inheriting the basic structure and philosophy of vintage guitars, Momose guitars and basses actively incorporate elements that improve the sound, and are arranged to meet the current playing style.

The model in stock this time is a JG type that was produced as a limited model at a certain major music store.

The JG style is overwhelmingly supported by the alterna, shoegaze, and grunge styles. The sound of this guitar has the good balance that Japanese guitars have and the sharpness that the Japanese music scene demands of JG. The 60's JG style with an alder body and rose fingerboard is a royal style that all Jaguar lovers have passed through at least once. The short scale gives the strings a unique swaying feel, the offset body provides rich midrange, and the pickups that focus on the high frequencies are installed in opposition to the strings, giving the JG a one-and-only tone that can be fully enjoyed.

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
