For customers residing in Japan
We are pleased to announce the arrival of a vintage GUILD, F-20.
This one was made in 1965 and has a spruce top, mahogany sides and back, and mahogany neck. The body is a small parlor size.
It is vintage but has been well repaired and is in good condition for many more years of use.
The pegs are three open gears, and the tortoiseshell pickguard shows some shrinkage over time, giving it a very beautiful vintage look.

The back of the neck appears to have been refinished and is shiny and clean. The bridge crack has been repaired.
There is a 5cm gap between the binding and the sideboard on the end of the body. There is also a small crack along the grain of the wood that is about 3 cm in diameter and can be felt when touched with a finger.
There are dents and scratches throughout. There are dents with peeling paint.
Due to the shrinkage of the pickguard over time, the TOP spruce has been pulled and there are surface cracks along the grain of the wood at the edge of the pickguard.
The neck is slightly twisted by our strict standards.

The guitar has been maintained at our affiliated repair store, and although it is vintage, it is ready to play.
In its current setting, the string height is about 2.4mm at the 12th fret of the 6th string, which is easy to play. The truss rod has plenty of room.

Although the body is small, the sound has a thick and bouncy impression. The light but deep and wide sound with rich overtones is very vintage and makes you want to play it forever.
It has a sound tendency with an edge, but it is also loud and powerful like a guild. The rich sound characteristic of vintage guitars is a perfect match, and the single-note playing is powerful, not to mention the accompaniment.
The sound of the USA-made guitars varies greatly from piece to piece, but the Guild F-20 is a convincing guitar.
This guitar is very easy to play and has a great sound.
We strongly recommend this guitar not only for those who usually love vintage guitars, but also for those who love vintage sounds.
