McCarty 594
McCarty 594" McCarty 594 is a new product created by Paul Reed Smith in 2016, which, as the name suggests, uses a 24.594-inch scale. The most distinctive feature of the McCarty594 is its scale. The "594" in the model name comes from this unique scale, which is 24.594" (approximately 624.69 mm). This is shorter than the 25" scale used on many PRS guitar models and slightly longer than the 24.5" medium scale used on the SC245 and other models, allowing the player to experience a unique tension and sound. The pegs are equipped with Tweaked Phase III tuners, which allow you to adjust the distance between the peg button and the shaft to adjust the degree of vibration of the machine head (tuner pegs), thus allowing you to adjust the sound to your liking. Please try out the new dimension of sound that has never been achieved before.

Wood Library
This series is created by selecting the highest quality wood from the PRS stockroom, where high-quality wood equivalent to PRS's top-of-the-line Private Stock is stored.

Neck Shape
Pattern Vintage" neck shape is adopted. Based on the Pattern neck profile, the width is the same but slightly thicker, and the treble string side is slightly shaved and the bass string side is slightly thicker, creating an "asymmetrical curve" shape.

Pickups
58/15LT" pickups are installed.
The 58/15LT pickups were inspired by the vintage sound and designed to have the transparency and subtlety of vintage single-coil pickups and the warm sound of late 1950's humbuckers. The pickups have a mellow midrange, and the perfectly balanced high and low frequencies intertwine with it to create a lively, organic sound.

The PRS has long been a favorite of guitarists in a variety of genres, and is sure to provide maximum performance in live performances, sessions, recordings, and many other fields.

現代の3大ギタリストとも称される、John Mayer氏が使用している事でも話題沸騰中の『McCarty594』 McCarty594はその名の通り、24.594インチ・スケールを採用したPaul Reed Smithが2016年、新たに生み出した製品です。何といっても特徴的なのは、そのスケールでしょう。モデル名の「594」はここに由来しておりますが、24.594”(約624.69mm)という独自のスケールを採用しております。 PRSギターの多くのモデルに採用されている25インチスケールより短く、SC245などで採用された24.5インチミディアムスケールよりも少し長い設計となっており、独特のテンション感、サウンドを体感いただけます。 ペグには新たにTweaked Phase IIIチューナーを採用。Tweaked Phase IIIチューナーはペグボタンとシャフトの距離を調整し、マシンヘッド(チューナーペグ)の振動の度合いを調整することができ、より好みの鳴り方を調整出来るようになっております。今までにない、新次元のサウンドを是非お試しくださいませ。

PRSの最高峰であるPrivate Stockに準ずる高品質な木材を保管するストックルームから、最上級のの木材を選定して作成するシリーズ。

ネックシェイプ
ネックシェイプには「Pattern Vintage」を採用。 Patternネックプロフィールを基に、幅は同じながらも少し厚みを持たせ、高音弦側を少し削り、低音弦側をやや肉厚にした「非対称カーブ」シェイプに仕上げており、グリップ感も非常に良く、安定したフィンガリングが可能となっております。

ピックアップには「58/15LT」を搭載。
「58/15LT」ピックアップはヴィンテージサウンドにインスパイアされ、ヴィンテージ・シングルコイル的な透明感と繊細さをもちつつ、1950年代後半のハムバッカーが生み出すウォームなサウンドを目指して設計されました。そして、このピックアップは、芳醇な中音域、さらにそこに対して絶妙なバランスがとれた高音域と低音域が絡み合い、躍動感のあるオーガニックなサウンドを生み出します。
