For customers residing in Japan
The 1985 Takamine PT-118 ST with the "ST" (stereo output) is now in stock in beautiful condition.
This is one of the Takamine 100 series with an all maple arched top body. This Takamine's original "ST (stereo output)" eleco-record features "plastique pickups" installed on each string to produce a clear tone with excellent sound balance and separation, and was the talk of the town at the time. The outputs of the 123 and 456 strings, or the 135 and 246 strings can be output separately, allowing for a wider range of expression by selecting the output according to playing style and songs. The instrument has been tuned by Takamine Gakki Seisakusho, the manufacturer of the instrument, and the playability and electronic systems are certified. There is a noticeable scratch on the back of the body near the heel of the neck, but this is not a problem in terms of playing or strength. There is also some binding shrinkage due to age, and a gap has appeared at the nut of the neck binding. There is no problem in terms of performance or structure, so you can enjoy playing with no worries. The neck is still in flat condition, and we highly recommend this guitar to Takamine fans who want to use Takamine guitars hard and play on stage.
