Fender's Student Model Mustang was introduced in 1965.
The short scale 22-fret version is equipped with the most effective dynamic vibrato in Fender's history.
Each pickup has an on/off switch instead of a selector.
Phase out is also possible, giving you a wide variety of sound output.

The new arrival is from 1974 to mid-1976 on the plate serial number.
The pickup date is 161575 (gray bobbin) and made in 1975.
The head is serialized from 1976, and the left hand model has a special patented decal, so it is almost certainly made in 1975.

There is no date on the neck, but "INSP" is stamped on the neck pocket on the body side, which proves that it was manufactured by Fender during this period.

The pickup covers appear to be non-original, and both pickup on/off slide switches have been replaced.
Strap pin has been changed to Schaller lock type.

The pots are made in 1974, but they have been replaced with right side pots.
The cutaway on the left side of the body has a hole that looks like it was drilled once, so there is a possibility that it was modified for the right side in the past.
The pot itself was made in 1974, so it is presented as is without any modifications.

As for the pickups and capacitors, they are believed to be original, and the pickguard is also believed to be original.
The nylon cushion on the neck plate is also original and has the patent stamped on it.
The nuts and frets have been replaced.

There is a noticeable crack on the back of the body at the neck plate, but it does not affect the wood.
In addition, a spacer has been installed to prevent the neck from being off-center.
