BG800 from Greco's original Boogie series is now in stock.

The BG800 was introduced at the 1979 Musical Instrument Fair and released the following year in 1980.
The serial number of the guitar we have in stock is believed to be from 1980, which makes it one of the first year models produced.

It has a distinctive single reverse head and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
The body and neck are made of mahogany.
The neck joint method is different from the reproduction BG-600, and this one has a set neck joint.

The frets have been re-fretted in stainless steel, and the pickups have been changed from Greco's original Baby Gang (3 singles) to DIMARZIO TONE ZONE DP155 and AIR NORTON DP193 HH pickups, and the inside of the pickups have been counter bored. The inside of the pickguard has been counter-curved.
The pickguard has also been newly made.
The nut, pot, control knob, bridge saddle, and strap pins have also been changed, and the pegs have been changed to GOTOH locking type.

Scratches and dents are scattered, and there is a buckle scratch in the center of the back, parts change points, and other signs of use, but it has been checked and adjusted as a whole by a professional repair person after arrival, and is in good playing condition.
