1973 Jazbet with ash body, 4-bolt, maple fingerboard without valet nut, black block.

Black binding and block position specification until mid-1973.
Alder body is basic through '73, but we judge it to be lightweight ash based on grain, color, and weight.

POTs are 1377329,1377331,1377329 and made in 73.
The condenser is original, but the wiring has been modified.
Pickups have been replaced (no printings, etc., details unknown).

Fret, nut, and string guide screws have been replaced.
The truss rod nut was cracked when it arrived, so it has been replaced.
Only the octave adjustment screw on the first string is long for this year, due to a change in the bridge mounting position, but the second string has also been lengthened and is believed to have been replaced.
The strap pin on the horn side is now a locking type.

It has been refretted and re-nutted, truss rod is OK, and currently shows no playability issues.
The paint has aged from the front and back of the head, with minor weather checking along the grain on the front and peeling on the back, exposing some of the wood.
There is peeling from the side of the head to near the side dot on the first string, but it is not a spot that one would normally touch when playing.

There are some signs of use on the body, but it still plays and sounds great.
This is a guitar that we would like you to consider if you are able to use it well.

アッシュボディー、4ボルト、バレットナットなしのメイプル指板、ブラックブロックの1973年ジャズベ。

1973年途中までのブラックバインディング＆ブロックポジション仕様。
73年まではアルダーボディーが基本ですが、木目、色、重量からライトウェイトなアッシュと判断しております。

POTは1377329,1377331,1377329と73年製。
コンデンサーはオリジナルですが、配線修正がされております。
ピックアップが交換されています(印字等なく詳細不明)

フレット、ナット、ストリングガイドネジが交換されております。
入荷時トラスロッドナットに割れがあったため、交換を行っています。
この時期はブリッジの取り付け位置変更の影響を受け、1弦のオクターブ調整ネジのみ長い年式ですが、2弦も長くなっており、交換されていると思われます。
ホーン側のストラップピンがロックタイプになっています。

リフレット、リナットされており、トラスロッドもOK。現在プレイアビリティに問題は見られません。
ヘッドの表裏から塗装の経年変化が発生しており、表は木目に沿って細かいウェザーチェックが、裏は剥離が発生しており木部が露出した箇所がございます。
ヘッドサイド面から1弦のサイドドット付近まで剥離がありますが、通常演奏時に手が触れる箇所ではございません。

ボディー等にも使用感はございますが、弾き心地もサウンドもまだまだ現役です。
ぜひともしっかりとお使い頂ける方にご検討頂きたい一本です。
