We are pleased to announce the arrival of a 1992 Gibson Les Paul Classic Plus.

This is a higher-end model of Les Paul Classic that was manufactured in the 1990s.

Front pickup cavity is stamped OCT 28 1992. Rear pickup cavity is stamped "CLASSIC PLUS".

Les Paul Classic Flame Maple Top model was born in 1990, and it was named "Plus" until 1992, and the next year, 1993, the model name was changed to "Premium Plus".
The one we have in stock is the one with the Plus name before the name change.

This model is a true classic Les Paul with 1960-style slim taper neck, Kluson pegs, ARB-1 bridge, rubber-stamped serial number, and so on.
AAA grade flame maple is used for the body top. The fine-grained flamed maple runs through the top of the body, and the flecks are visible in some places, indicating that the maple wood is of a higher quality than that of recent Les Pauls.

The coloring is one of the ever-popular cherry sunburst, which is no exaggeration to say that it is The Les Paul.

Normally, 498 and 500 pickups are mounted on this guitar, but the previous owner changed them to engraved numbered PAF in the 80's, which is an upgrade from the original.

The early models from 1990 to 1993 had the Les Paul logo "MODEL" instead of "CLASSIC" and the truss rod was not marked.
This model has Les Paul MODEL decal and Classic Plus model name, which is very rare nowadays.

There are some wood dents on the head.
There are other signs of use such as scratches and dents, but there is no major damage and the beautiful appearance is maintained.

The instrument has been checked and adjusted by a professional repair person after arrival, and is in good playing condition.

This is a model whose price has begun to rise in recent years. This is one of the most valuable Les Paul Model era.

1990年代に製造されていたレスポール･クラシックの上位機種。

フロント･ピックアップのキャビティー部分にはOCT 28 1992のスタンプが。 リア･ピックアップのキャビティー部分にはCLASSIC PLUSのスタンプが押されています。

1990年に誕生したレスポール･クラシックのフレイムメイプルトップモデルは 92年まではPlus名義となっており、翌年の93年からはPremium Plusへとモデル名が変更されます。
入荷した個体は名称が切り替わる以前のPlus表記の１本です。

1960年スタイルのスリムテーパーネックにクルーソンペグ、ARB-1ブリッジ、ラバースタンプのシリアル等、正にクラシック･レスポールを再現したモデル。
ボディートップにはAAAグレードのフレイム･メイプルを使用。 目の細かいフレイムがビッシリと走っており、要所にフレックも浮き出ていることより 近年の個体に比べてかなり上質なメイプル材を使用している事が確認できます。

カラーリングはThe Les Paulと言っても過言ではない不動の人気カラーチェリー･サンバーストの１本です。

通常であればピックアップに498と500がマウントされていますが、こちらの個体には前オーナー様が80年代の刻印ナンバードPAFに変更しており、オリジナルからグレードアップされています。

90年から93年頃までの初期モデルにはLes PaulのロゴもCLASSICではなく、MODELと入れられており、トラスロッドも何もかかれていない物がオリジナルとなっています。
こちらの個体はLes Paul MODEL表記デカールにClassic Plus表記のモデル名など、今では貴重な１本となっています。

ヘッド部に一部木部のへこみがございます。
その他、傷や打痕などの使用感はございますが、大きなダメージはなく美しい外観をキープしています。

入荷後に専門のリペア担当にてチェック･全体調整を行っており、演奏コンディションも良好です。

近年価格が上がり始めているモデルとなっています。その中でも特に貴重なLes Paul MODEL表記時代の１本です。
