Martin's "Eric Clapton" Signature 000-28EC.

This Eric Clapton signature model was introduced in 1996 and has been a long seller for over 20 years.

The top spruce is made of tight-grained wood, and so is the rosewood on the sides.
Good response due to the hard wood can be expected.
The back rosewood is a bit wider than the sides, but the grain is still nice enough.
The sound is powerful despite its 000 size, with good response and sufficient volume.
The bass is not muffled, which is probably due to the size of the body and the character of the wood used.
This is one that is sure to be an immediate asset.

* The pickguard has been repositioned, and there are some scratches and dings, but it is in good playing condition.

1996年に登場し20年以上ロングセラーを続けるエリッククラプトンのシグネチャーモデル。

トップのスプルースは木目の詰まったものが使われており、サイドのローズウッドも同様です。
硬質な材によるレスポンスの良さが期待できます。
バックのローズウッドはサイドに比較するとややワイドなものではありますが、それでも木目は十分に良い感じです。
サウンドは000サイズながらも迫力あるサウンドで、レスポンスもよく音量も十分です。
それでいて低音がこもったりしないのは、このボディサイズと使われている木材の性格によるものでしょう。
即戦力間違いなしの1本です。

* ピックガードの貼り直し、傷、打痕の使用感はあるが演奏上のコンディションは良好。
