HOFNER 500/1 VINTAGE 58 LEFTY is in stock used!

This is a German-made violin bass from the Taniguchi Music Agency era, and is judged to be an early Vintage 58 model based on features such as the head without binding, raised logo, and round-shaped neck joint.

The pickups are single coils (expired), and it can be said that this is one of the vintage reissue models of HOFNER in Japan that can trace its history.

This is a model from the 80's, so there are some scratches and signs of use, but it has been fully maintained, fretted, and pots have been disassembled and cleaned.

The bridge string saddle for the 4th string was not attached, so it has been made and installed, and the bottom of the bridge needs to be shaved to lower the string height.
* The string height is about 3mm on both the 4th and 1st string side.
Truss rod: No problem, confirmed up to 60 degrees left and right.
Neck condition: No problem
Fretboard: 70% full
Accessories: soft case

谷口楽器代理店時代のドイツ製ヴァイオリンベース、バインディングなしのヘッド、レイズドロゴ、ラウンド形状のネック接合部などの特徴から、Vintage 58初期モデルと判断しております。

ピックアップはシングルコイル(期限切れ)類が入っており、日本におけるHOFNERのヴィンテージ・リイシューモデルの歴史を辿れる1本と言えるでしょう。

80年代のモデルでございますので、年式なりの使用感、キズなどはございますが、フルメンテナンス+フレットすり合わせ、POT分解洗浄済みです。

ブリッジ弦サドルの4弦用が付いていなかったため制作＆取付を行っており､弦高を下げるにはブリッジ底面を削る必要があります。
* 弦高は4弦側、1弦側とも約3mmございます。
トラスロッド：ロッド左右60度まで確認済みにて問題なし
ネックコンディション：問題なし
フレット：7割程度
