The Les Paul Special, popular for its direct playability and wide sound due to its simple construction, is now in stock in pre-owned condition!
This is a 1960 Les Paul Special Single Cut reissue from Gibson Custom Shop's Historic Collection, which reissues historically famous instruments.
Mahogany body and neck with rosewood fingerboard.
The bar bridge provides direct transmission of string vibrations, and the two P-90 pickups deliver a fat, crisp, straight sound with nuanced expression.
The condenser has been replaced with a bumblebee type, and some of the wiring has been rewired.
The neck has a slight wave, but there are no problems with playing the guitar.
There is a 1cm ding on the back of the 13th floor of the neck, several minor dings on the body, a thin trace of the case lining on the back of the body, and other metal parts are dull and have minor scuffs and scratches.
One pickguard mounting screw and three toggle switch back cover fixing screws have been replaced.
There is a red marker mark on the neck binding at the 7F position on the first string side. Also, the pegs are yellowed due to sunburn.
