The RG80F is the SPOT model of the Ibanez 8-string guitar series, often described as synonymous with Ibanez!

The RG80F is a cost-effective 8-string guitar that is ideal for today's diverse music scene and guitarist's playing styles.
The RG80F features a melanti body, also known as Philippine mahogany, and a maple/walnut 5pc Wizard II-8 neck that is both easy to play and strong.
The pickups are equipped with Fishman's Fluence Modern Humbucker, which produces a clear, tight bass sound with a nice crisp tone. The Voicing switch on the controls can be used to switch the sound character (Modern Active High Output/Modern Passive Attack).
