This is a Gibson J-160E, 2018, based on late 1960s specifications, known for its use by John Lennon.

Created in 1954, the J-160E is an acoustic guitar (eleaco) famous for being used by John Lennon of The Beatles. This unique model has a magnetic P-90 pickup mounted near the NECK end instead of a piezo PickUp.
This pickup mount makes it a 15-fret joint instead of the conventional 14-fret joint.

Round shoulder BODY with plywood spruce top and veneer mahogany SIDE/BACK. Double-ring rosette, adjustable bridge, volume/tone control knob on the TOP, and ladder bracing. Normally, current Gibson acoustic guitars are designed with a 17° head angle, but this model has a 14° head angle. This reproduces the specifications circa 1965-1973.

Also, the nut width is a narrow NECK of approximately 40 mm, reproducing specifications from around 1965. Large head with Mother of Pearl logo crown inlay and Cruson type pegs.

The VOS finish and yellowed binding combine to give it a piercing look.
The use of electric guitar strings/magnetic pickups "P-90" makes the range slightly narrower, making it ideal for band ensembles!

Some signs of use (scratches, scuffs, scratches on the top and outer edge of the body, paint fading along the wood grain, picking marks, fogging of metal parts, etc.).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment) upon arrival, and the truss rod can be tightened or loosened up to ±60°.

Item rank: B+: Some scratches, but no problems in normal use.
Case included: Hard case
Attachment: Certificate of Authenticity
Serial number: 10578058
