John Mayer, one of the three greatest guitarists in the new world, continues to create many followers around the world. This is a Paul Reed Smith (PRS) SE series, John Mayer signature model "Silver Sky".

635JM shape maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, 25.5" scale/8.5 "R/53/64" nut, poplar body, SE SILVER SKY exclusive 635JM "S" single coil pickup, solid setting. The pickups are solidly set up with a 2-point tremolo support and Vol/2Tone/5-way selector.

This is the "ideal model" that John Mayer was looking for, a model that combines modern ideas and functionality with a vintage taste.

The bridge piece has been replaced with a RAW VINTAGE piece. There are some signs of use (scuffs, scratches, picking marks, metal parts and screws are cloudy, etc.).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret adjustment) upon arrival, the fret board is high enough to play, and the truss rod can be adjusted to ±60°.

John Mayerが求める“理想のモデル”であり、ヴィンテージテイストを踏襲しつつ、モダンなアイデアと機能性を融合させたモデルに仕上がっております。

ブリッジ駒をRAW VINTAGE製に交換しています。若干の使用感(スレや拭きスジ、ひっかきキズ、ピッキング痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り、等々)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレットすり合わせ)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
