For customers residing in Japan
This is a 14x6.5", 411, SUPERSENSITIVE by RADIC, estimated to be made in 1964 based on the serial number.
SUPERSENSITIVE" is RADIC's original full-surface, parallel mechanism.
Compared to its sibling 402, the 411 has a considerably more complex mechanism, but the sound is very different.
While the 402 has an open sound like a genuine rock drum, the 411 is tighter, more delicate, and more refined, giving the impression that this model was designed not only for rock, but also for jazz and classical music.

The shell is RADIC's original seamless shell made of plated aluminum, which was originally used in the 60's when the plating tended to peel off easily.
The shells are originally made in the 60's and are prone to chrome peeling, but the chrome on this one is quite battered. The switch seems to be the original red felt type.

The hoop has been replaced with a non-original one, the snappy guard has been removed, and many other parts have been customized from the original, and the switch is slightly worn, but there are no operational problems at this point, and the sound itself is very good. The sound itself is very good.
There is also an extra hole in the shell where a P-85 replacement was attempted, but this should not affect the sound in any way.

The condition of the instrument is what we call "player's condition" as it has been used a lot.
The tone is very good, and although the head has been replaced, no special modifications have been made to the instrument as there seemed to be no problems that would affect the sound.
The head has been replaced, but no special modifications have been made to the instrument.
LUDWIG hard case (not original) is included.
