The LM400 is one of Radic's most famous instruments!
This one has the serial number 229192 and is believed to have been manufactured in 1965.

The Radialoy 400, with its seamless aluminum shell and chrome plating, is an eternal standard model loved by drummers all over the world for its sharpness as well as richness in the midrange, typical of aluminum.
It is an unpretentious, everyday snare that is both sensitive and rough.
The 60's version, in particular, is characterized by its mellowness, lightness, and warmth of sound.

The early Radialoy has a weak point that the plating tends to peel off a little, but the sound itself is soft, fat, and mild.
The bottom edge of this piece also has some noticeable peeling of the plating, and there are also some minor pits throughout the piece.
The head and snappy are current.

The sound itself is straightforward and very good.
Overall, it is in what is called "player's condition," but the parts are original, and the condition is such that you can fully enjoy the original sound.

ラディックの名器と言えばLM400！そのLM400の60年代のモデルです。
こちらはシリアルが229192と1965年製の製造と思われます。

シームレスアルミシェルにクロームメッキを施した、いわゆるラディアロイの400は、アルミらしいミッドレンジの豊かさに加えシャープさを両立しており、世界中のドラマーから愛され続けたいわゆる永遠のスタンダードモデル。
センシティブさを持ちつつもラフに使える、気取らない普段着のようなスネアです。
とりわけ60年代の製品は、よりまろやかさが際立ち、軽快かつあたたかみのあるサウンドが特徴。

初期のラディアロイ故、ややメッキが剥げやすいという弱点はありますが、サウンド自体は柔らかみが強く、ファットでマイルドさが際立つ世代です。
こちらの個体もボトムエッジにややメッキ剥げ目立っており、全体にも細かいピッツがございます。
また、パーツ類はオリジナルを使用しているようですが、ヘッド、スナッピーは現行です。

サウンド自体は素直で非常に良く鳴り良好。
全体的にはいわゆるプレイヤーズコンディションですが、パーツもオリジナルで、オリジナルのサウンドを十分お楽しみいただけるコンディションです。
