1968年から1972年まで採用されていた通称「赤ラベル」、ヤマハのFG-180です。
かつてのフォークブームにおける定番モデルで、中古市場でも今もなお人気の高い1本。強度と鳴りを考慮して導き出された製法のオール合板のモデルで、スプルース・トップ、マホガニー・サイド＆バック、丸みあるソフトVシェイプのマホガニー・ネック、ローズ指板＆ブリッジ、YAMAHAオリジナル・オープンバック・ペグを採用しています。
当時のエントリーモデルながらピック弾きやストローク奏法で音量の出る鳴りの良い一本です。
全体に使用感(色ヤケ、小キズひっかきキズ、スレや弾きスジ、ピッキング痕、ブリッジピン間のクラック、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り・ビッツ・サビ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。
入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整)済み、サドルはかなり低め、元来細身のフレット山は低めながら演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める側に残り1/4周程度まで動作確認済みにて問題ない状態です。

This is a Yamaha FG-180, commonly known as the "red label," which was used from 1968 to 1972.
A classic model in the folk boom of the past, it is still one of the most popular models in the used market. It is an all plywood model with a manufacturing method derived from consideration of strength and sound, and features a spruce top, mahogany sides and back, a rounded soft V-shaped mahogany neck, rose fingerboard and bridge, and Yamaha's original open-back pegs.
Although an entry-level model at the time, this guitar has a good sound with volume when played with a pick or stroke technique.
The overall appearance of the guitar shows signs of use (color fading, minor scratches, scuffs and scuff marks, picking marks, cracks between bridge pins, fogging, bits and rust on metal parts and screws, and other external damage).
The saddle is quite low, the fret board is low but still high enough to play, and the truss rod has been checked to about 1/4 of a turn remaining on the tightening side, so there are no problems.
