USED Ibanez / j.custom RG8527-BRE [4.27 kg / Manufactured in 2023]

This is the RG8527, a 7-string model from Ibanez’s “j.custom” series—the brand’s flagship electric guitar line—manufactured in 2023.

The RG series is highly regarded for its exceptional playability and functionality. It features a flamed maple top and mahogany body, a Super Wizard-shaped 5-piece maple/walnut neck, natural binding, and a rosewood fingerboard with Tree of Life inlays. The pickups are DiMarzio PAF 7s in an H-H configuration, with a 5-way selector switch and recessed knobs.

With its beautiful grain, luxurious inlays, elegant appearance, and high playability, the direct-mounted pickups contribute to its quick response, making it highly recommended for technical players.

Signs of use are visible (including minor scratches and scuffs on the lower part of the body top, wear and playing marks, picking marks, and tarnish, pitting, or rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage).

Set up upon arrival (fret leveling, cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment). The frets are at a height that does not interfere with playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions (tightening and loosening); it has been tested to operate up to ±60° and is in good working order.
