The Wren and Cuff The Good One is a fuzz pedal made to replicate a vintage 1972 "Triangle" Muff.
The owner, G.Smith, contacted Wren and Cuff to have the pedal repaired.
Big Muff pedals from the era known as the Triangle are known to have 18 different circuits in the same housing and style of pedal.
Some of the circuits are brilliant, but their brilliance seems dull compared to the legends created in later eras, or so we thought.
Matt from Wren and Cuff, who has repaired many vintage pedals over the years, did what he always does: he restored the unit.
When the restoration was completed and the sound was played, it was clear that this particular triangle was indeed "the good one," The Good One.
The Good One has been reverse engineered to reproduce 100% of its great sound.
Like the original unit, it uses ceramic disc capacitors, component values, and carbon composition resistors.
It is also built with the sturdy steel enclosure of the Wren and Cuff premium line and the highest quality.

Externally, the product is dotted with minor scratches and stains from normal use, but there are no operational problems.
