This model was introduced in 1994 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Stratocaster.
The body is alder, the neck is maple with a Foto Flame finish printed on an original AAA grade flame maple, the fingerboard is rosewood, and the neck joint panel is engraved with the 40th anniversary commemorative mark.

The frets have been fret rubbed.
Arm is missing.
The Foto Flame finish on the head and neck is peeling and cracking, and part of the decal is peeling off on the front of the head, as well as a 6 cm crack on the back of the neck near the first fret.
There are dents on the head and back of the neck, and there are scratches on the fingerboard and a ding on the side of the fingerboard near the first fret on the first string side.
There are many scratches and dents on the body. The control panel on the back of the body is cracked near the screw holes, and two mounting screws are missing.
The pickguard and pickup covers are scratched from playing, and the metal parts are rusty, dull, and pitted.
The condition is good, although there are some other signs of use overall.

1994年にストラトキャスター誕生40周年を記念して登場したモデル。
ボディはアルダー、ネックはメイプルでAAAグレードのフレイムメイプルを元にプリントしたFoto Flameフィニッシュ、指板はローズウッド、40周年記念の刻印が入ったネックジョイントパネルを装備。

フレット擦り合わせを行っております。
アームが欠品しております。
ヘッドとネックにてFoto Flameフィニッシュ部分の剥がれやクラックが生じており、ヘッド表にてデカールの一部も一緒に剥がれ、ネック裏の1フレット付近にて6センチほどのクラックがございます。
ヘッドとネック裏に打痕が有り、指板にて擦りキズが見られ、指板側面1弦側1フレット付近にて凹みが目立ちます。
ボディにてキズや打痕が多く、ボディ裏のコントロールパネルにてネジ穴付近にヒビが生じ、取り付けネジが2本が欠品しております。
ピックガードとピックアップカバーにて弾きキズが見られ、金属パーツにてサビやくすみやピッツが目立ちます。
その他全体的に使用感がございますが、コンディションは良好です。
