USED Fender / Eric Johnson Stratocaster Black 2007 [10]

Eric Johnson's signature model, made in 2007, is now in stock, attracting many players with its Kodawari tone!

The body is 2pcs Alder with deep '57 type contour. The 1pcs maple neck is quarter sawn to give the impression of Mr. Johnson's attention to detail. The neck shape is a '57 type soft V shape. The fretboard has a flat 12-inch radius and medium jumbo frets, giving it a vintage feel with a modern playing feel. The string guide has been eliminated. The string guide has been eliminated, the space between the tremolo unit's base plate and the block is not painted, five springs have been installed, and there is no cover plate.

There are scratches, scuffs, dents, and peeling paint on the body. There is a sesame-sized ding and a small peel on the edge of the top of the head by the 2nd string peg post. There is some paint peeling on the fret side of the 6th string side of the neck when the burrs were removed, mainly in the high position. There is a small ding at the bottom of the neck joint on the back of the body, and a thin paint chip on the first string side of the neck joint. There are no noticeable signs of use on any hardware. The serial numbers on each assembly and joint plate are from 2007, but the neck was made in 2012 when all owners purchased the guitar. Perhaps something various happened? The old distributor's warranty also seems to have been an outlet warranty.

The neck condition is fine, and the truss rod can be adjusted in the direction to tighten or loosen, and can still be turned and adjusted in the direction to tighten. There are no string marks on the frets and about 90% of the strings are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, there are some paint peeling and small dents, but no signs of use. Only the date on the neck is slightly different, but do not worry too much. It is very rare to find a quarter-sawn neck in this grade, and it is the most distinctive feature of this model. This is a must try for fans and those who are looking for a cost-effective 57 style Strat with no signs of use!
