Fender American Vintage Series 1962 Stratocaster made in 1993 is now in stock!
This reissue model was added to the USA lineup in 1982 as the "Vintage Series", renamed the "American Vintage Series" in 1998, and in 2022, the "American Vintage II Series" was added to the lineup. In 1998, it was renamed to "American Vintage Series", and in 2022, "American Vintage II Series" was added to the lineup. This one is a reproduction of a 1962 spec Stratocaster. Alder body with maple neck and slabbed rosewood fingerboard. The pickups are original single coils, and the pickup selector is an old-style 3-way selector. If you want to enjoy the royal Strat sound, this is definitely the one for you.

Tremolo arm is missing. Metal parts are dull due to age. The head shows scratches and dings including minor paint cracks. The neck grip shows minor scratches and dings, but nothing that would interfere with playing. There is a pick scratch on the pickguard and some color tanning can be seen along with the control knob. The body has scratches and dings, and the paint is cracked near the neck joint, along the perimeter, and at the neck joint plate. There are also small paint cracks on both sides of the neck pocket.
The overall condition of the instrument shows signs of use, but there are no playability issues.

Neck condition is currently fine.
Truss rod has been checked 90 degrees in both directions.
About 60-70% frets remaining.
String height on 12F: 6th string side: approx. 2.0mm, 1st string side: approx. 1.5mm

1982年に”Vintage Series”としてUSAラインナップに加わったリイシューモデル。1998年には”American Vintage Series”へと改名し、2022年には”American Vintage II Series”がラインナップされた現在まで続く人気モデルです。こちらは1962年スペックのストラトキャスターを再現した1本。アルダーボディにメイプルネック、スラブ張りのローズウッド指板を採用。ピックアップにはオリジナルシングルコイルを搭載、ピックアップセレクターはオールドスタイルな3Wayセレクターとなっています。王道のストラトサウンドを堪能したいなら間違いない1本です。

トレモロアームが欠品しています。金属パーツには経年によるくすみが見られます。ヘッドには擦り傷、細かい塗装割れを含むような打痕が見られます。ネックグリップには細かい傷や打痕が見られますが、演奏の支障となるようなものはございません。ピックガード上にはピック傷があり、コントロールノブと共に色焼けが見られます。ボディには全体に傷や打痕の使用感があり、ネックジョイント付近や外周沿い、ネックジョイントプレート部等に塗装割れが見られます。またネックポケット両脇には小さな塗装クラックが見られます。
全体に使用感は見られますがプレイアビリティに問題はございません。
