2005 Custom Shop-made 56ST with Relic NOS is in stock!

The main model of the Custom Shop at that time, "Time Machine Series". The body is made of 2pcs center ash and the neck is made of maple with the same grain as the original model. The neck shape is a soft V-shape, the fingerboard surface is 7.25" R, the frets and nut have been replaced, and the fret size is a medium jumbo size. Vol pot has been replaced and capacitor has been replaced with an orange drop. The rear PU has been rewired. The control is 3-way, and the tone of the rear PU has been changed so that it works independently. The pickguard and back panel have probably been replaced. The pickguard is bent, which is common.

The body has wipe scratches, scuffs, dings, and peeling paint. The pickguard has picking scratches in a fine overall appearance. There are also cracks on the lower right tip and the side of the bridge. The tip is held in place by screws, but they are not removable. The paint is peeling on the upper left and lower left sides of the body, and there are some fine scratches on the left side of the body, as if steel wool was used on it. Was the artist trying to give it a "relic" look? There are also weather cracks all over the body. There is a paint crack on the first string side of the neck joint, and the area around the joint is yellowed due to use. There is a dark spot from a stand on both sides of the strap pins at the bottom of the body end, and there are also numerous dents. The body back has overall dents, scratches, and polish scratches. The back of the neck has been stripped of clear throughout. There are scratches, dents, and line scratches around the head. The fretboard has some paint peeling, which may be due to the effects of a "brick" effect or realistic damage. There are no noticeable signs of use on any hardware.

The neck condition is fine, and the truss rod can be adjusted in the direction to tighten or loosen, and can still be turned and adjusted in the direction to tighten. There are no string marks on the frets and about 80% of the strings are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, the Strat has a mixed feeling of use and a rustic look. The fretboard has been upgraded with PU and frets, and you can dress up each part to your own taste! This is the only 56ST with ash body at that time, which is also a key point! The sound that combines fatness and just the right amount of glare is sure to satisfy many Strat fans!

Neck condition is fine.

2005年カスタムショップ製、NOSがRelicになった56ST入荷!

当時のカスタムショップ主力モデル『タイムマシーンシリーズ』。ボディはセンター2pcsのアッシュで当時同様板目のメイプルネック等見逃せないポイントが満載。ネックシェイプはソフトなVシェイプで、指板面は7.25インチR、フレット＆ナットは交換されておりフレットサイズはミディアムジャンボサイズとなっております。PUですがオリジナルはCustom 50s Singlecoilですが、こちらは直流抵抗値が約6.2、約6.0k、約6.4k。RWRP仕様でポールピースに面取りがあるので恐らくFat50sに交換されていると思われます。Volポットが交換され、キャパシターはオレンジドロップに交換。リアPUは配線が継ぎ足されております。コントールは3wayで、リアPUのトーンが単独で効くようになっており変更されております。またピックガードとバックパネルは交換されていると思われます。そのピックガードにはありがちなたわみがあります。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、打痕、塗装剥がれがあります。ピックガードには全体的に細かい感じでピッキングキズがあります。また右下先端部分とブリッジ脇には割れがあり、先端部分はネジで止まっておりますが取れるようなことはありません。ボディ左上と左下に塗装剥がれがあり、ボディ左側を中心にスチールウールを当てたような細かいキズがあります。レリック風に仕上げたかったのでしょうか?またボディ全体的にウェザークラックがあります。ネックジョイント1弦側には塗装クラックがあり、ジョイント周りには使用により黄ばみがあります。ボディエンド下部ストラップピン両脇にスタンドでの黒ずみがあり、打痕も多数あります。ボディバックには全体的に打痕やスリキズ、磨きキズがあります。ネック裏は全体的にクリアが剥がされております。ヘッド周りにはスリキズや打痕、線キズ等あります。指板面には全体にレリック風の演出なのかリアルなダメージなのか塗装剥がれがあります。各ハードウェアには目立つ使用感はありません。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向にまだ回せ調整可能です。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは8割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。

全体的には使用感とレリック風の演出等が混在してストラトらしい使用感を演出。指板面に関してはかなりの貫禄を感じさせる一本。PUやフレットに関してはグレードアップされており、各パーツをドレスアップして自分好みに仕上げるのもいいですね!当時の56STでアッシュボディはこのカラーのみで、ここもポイント!太さと適度なギラツキが共存するサウンドは多くのストラトファンが納得するはずですよ!
