11-2800005710342
USED FERNANDES / TE-95HT HOTEI Model Snow White-Black [11]
The FERNANDES TE-95HT, a highly popular model named after Tomoyasu Hotei.
Based on its specifications—including the headstock shape, neck, 16.5-fret joint, and gold-lettered F.G.I. logo—it appears to be a later-production model from 1994 or later.

This Telecaster-style model catches the eye with its unique headstock shape and the lines painted on the body. It features a rod cover with gold lettering reading “TOMOYASU HOTEI” and F.G.I. pickups with gold logos. The joint position on the 6th string side and the line specifications also align with the characteristics of later models; while documentation to pinpoint the exact year is limited, it is believed to be a model from 1994 or later.

Its appeal lies not only in the look that symbolizes the Hotei sound but also in its stage presence. This is a guitar we highly recommend to anyone who plays songs by BO WY or Tomoyasu Hotei’s solo work.
There are signs that the position of the upper strap pin was once changed; the hole has been filled and touched up. Traces of this repair remain.
There is paint peeling on the lower part of the back of the body. There is paint cracking below the 6th-string tuning peg post.
There are concentrated playwear marks in the picking position, and the gloss has dulled.
In addition, there are scattered scratches and dents, giving the guitar a slightly used appearance.
There is a reverse bow in the center of the neck and a forward bow near the low frets, resulting in slight twisting and waviness. This has been corrected through fretting, and while there are currently no issues with playability, the frets are slightly low.
Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches are present, but the instrument is suitable for normal use.

Case: Soft case
Weight: 3.50 kg
Truss Rod: Note: Tested up to 60 degrees to the left and right with no issues (low remaining travel, slight twist, and slight waviness present)
Fret Depth: Note: While the frets can still be filed down, they are on the low side
String Height (Low-String Side): 2.0 mm at the 12th fret
String Action (Treble Side): 1.5 mm at the 12th fret
Nut width: 43.8 mm
Neck thickness near the 1st fret: 20.5 mm
Neck thickness near the 12th fret: 22.5 mm
Scale: 648 mm (25.5")
RADIUS: 356 mm (14")
Strings at Setup: D'Addario EXL110 / .010-.046 set
Repairs and Maintenance Performed: Cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, action adjustment, fret leveling, electronics repair

* As this is a used item, there may be scratches, dents, and other imperfections that are not clearly visible in the photos or not listed here.
