This is a guitar with a simple, stripped-down 1 hum/master volume, a Floyd Rose tremolo unit, and eye-catching graphic paintwork that is a true symbol of LA metal. This is a guitar from Wayne Guitars, the brand created by Charvel Guitars founder Wayne Charvel, and modeled by RATT guitarist Warren DeMartini. As the name "Skulls & Blood" suggests, the model has a large skull painted in the center and red paint dripping all over the body, and the body is made of alder and the neck and fingerboard are both made of bird's eye maple. The pickups are Duncan TB-4s, and in combination with the Floyd Rose, they produce a powerful sound with a tight low end and piercing high mids.

The neck has a satin finish, which is slightly darkened, and there are some dents on the top of the body from the volume to the bottom, where the tone would be attached under normal use, as well as a chip on the back side of the control panel that exposes the wood. The back side control panel has a chip in the paint that exposes the wood.

余分な物を取り払い、研ぎ澄まされた１ハム/マスターボリュームのシンプルな仕様に、フロイドローズ・トレモロユニット、そして一際目を惹くグラフィックペイントと、まさにLAメタルを象徴するかのような仕様の１本。Charvel Guitarsの創立者であるWayne Charvel氏の手掛けるブランド、Wayne Guitarsのギターで、RATTのギタリスト、Warren DeMartini氏のモデルです。 Skulls & Bloodの名の通り、中央に大きく描かれた髑髏とボディ全体を覆い滴る赤いペイントが印象的なモデルで、ボディにアルダー、ネックと指板は共にバーズアイ・メイプルを使用。ピックアップにはダンカンのTB-4が搭載され、フロイドローズとの組み合わせも相まって、タイトなローエンドと突き抜けるようなハイ・ミッドが特徴のパワフルなサウンドを放ってくれます。

ネックがサテンフィニッシュゆえ、若干黒ずみが出ている他、ボディトップ面ヴォリュームから下、通常使用ならトーンが付いてありそうな位置に米粒大の打痕、バック面コントロールパネル横に木部jが露出する塗装チップといった使用感が少々ございます。各部メンテナンス・クリーニング済みで、演奏状態も良好です。
