This original Fender Japan model is based on the concept of the BASS VI 6-string bass and the Jaguar electric guitar. It has an alder body and maple neck/rosewood fingerboard with impressive aged pearl block inlays, and although it appears to have the same controls as the Jaguar, the first string side has a front pickup on/off, rear pickup on/off, and pickup series switch, while the sixth string side has a two-band active/passive switch, treble boost, and bass boost. The 6-string side has a 2-band active EQ with active/passive switch/treble boost/bass boost. The amount of used guitars in circulation is extremely limited, so if you are looking for one, this is a great opportunity to buy one.

There is a paint chip on the neck grip at the 8th fret on the 1st string side, which may be uncomfortable for some players. There are numerous dents on the left side of the top of the body, and there are also scratches and dents scattered throughout. Although the instrument has some signs of use, it has been maintained and cleaned, and playability is not a problem. The strap pin has been replaced with a locking type, but the strap side part is missing.

6弦ベースのBASS VIとエレキギターのJaguarのコンセプトをベースに採用したフェンダージャパンのオリジナルモデル。アルダーボディにメイプルネック/ローズウッド指板で、エイジド・パールのブロックインレイが印象的です。Jaguar同様のコントロールに見えますが、1弦側はフロントピックアップON/OFF、リアピックアップON/OFF、ピックアップシリーズスイッチ、6弦側はアクティブ/パッシヴ切替スイッチ/トレブルブースト/ベースブーストといった2バンドのアクティブEQを装備しております。中古での流通量が極めて少なくなってきておりますので、お探しの方は是非この機会にお買い求め下さい。

1弦側８フレットのネックグリップに塗装チップがあり、演奏者によっては違和感を感じる場合がございます。ボディトップ左側に多数の打痕があり、全体的にも擦り傷や打痕が散在しております。使用感はございますが、各部メンテナンス・クリーニング済みでプレイヤビリティは問題ございません。ストラップピンがロック式に交換されておりますが、ストラップ側パーツは欠品しております。
