Martin Golden Era series, the D-18GE is a reissue model of the 1934 D-18.
This instrument was made in 2005, and is a reissue of the specifications of a model made in Martin's golden era, hence the name Golden Era series.
The long saddle ebony bridge and Avalon pearl position marks give it a stately appearance despite its simple specifications.
The body is made of rare Adirondack spruce on the top and mahogany on the sides and back for a full and clear tone.
The "ANTHEM SL" pickups have been retrofitted, so it can be used as an acoustico for live performances and recordings.

There is a gap correction on both sides of the fingerboard on the top, a gap correction on the neck heel, and a strap pin installation.
Overall, there are scratches, dents, and other signs of slight use.

本器は2005年製、Martinの黄金期に作られたモデルの仕様を復刻したことから、ゴールデン・エラと名づけられたシリーズです。
ロング・サドルのエボニー・ブリッジやアバロンパールのポジション・マークなど、シンプルな仕様に関わらず重厚感あふれる風格です。
ボディ材はトップに希少なアディロンダック・スプルース、サイド＆バックにマホガニーを採用しておりふくよか且つ輪郭のはっきりとした音色がお楽しみいただけます。
ピックアップに「ANTHEM SL」を後付けされておりますのでエレアコとしてライブやレコーディングにお使いいただけます。

トップ割れ修正、ブリッジ剥がれ修正、TOPの指板両側の隙間修正あり、ネックヒール隙間修正とストラップピン取付あり。
全体的に擦り傷、打痕などやや使用感の見られる個体です。
