The D-40E is an all-single-plank USA-made Guild dreadnought-style, eleco-style "D-40E".
The traditional wood combination of a single-ply Sitka spruce top and single-ply African mahogany back and sides offers exceptional volume, clarity and sustain.
It is equipped with an Indian rosewood bridge and fingerboard, 20:1 open gear tuners, and hand-cut bow nut and saddle.
With a thin satin varnish finish for an elegant and somewhat nostalgic look, the tone wood offers optimal sonic possibilities.
A vintage-inspired rosette and mother-of-pearl Guild peak logo inlay on the headstock add to the beautiful look.
It is equipped with L.R. Baggs Element VTC pickups with volume/tone control at the soundhole edge.

It is in very clean condition with no signs of use.
