Cats Eyes guitars were manufactured by Tokai Gakki.
Because of its high quality, this brand is very popular among Japanese vintage enthusiasts even today.
This guitar is believed to be made in 1977 from the serial number, but it is in relatively clean condition considering its age, with no noticeable major damage.
The body back has some paint bleaching, and a crack can be seen at the heel of the neck.
The truss rod is close to being tightened and there is not much room for adjustment.
The frets have been rubbed and the saddle has been adjusted to match the current condition after we received the instrument, so it plays well.

There are some signs of use, such as whitish on the body back and overall age-related wear.

東海楽器で製造されていた Cats Eyes ギター。
その品質の高さから、現代においてもジャパンヴィンテージマニアに人気の高いブランドです。
本器はシリアルより77年製の物と思われますが、年代を考慮すると比較的綺麗なコンディションを維持しており、目立って大きなダメージはありません。
ボディバックに若干の塗装の白濁が見られる他、ネックヒール部にはクラックが確認できます。
トラスロッドが締まりきりに近くなっており、調整の余地があまりありません。
弊社入荷後には現状のコンディションに合わせてフレットの擦り合わせとサドルの調整を行っておりますので、演奏性は良好です。

ボディバックに白濁、全体に経年の擦れ等の使用感がございます。
