The AZ Series is equipped with Seymour Duncan Hyperion pickups developed exclusively for the AZ Series, as well as a lofted maple fingerboard with a well-researched shape, which is one of the most appealing features of the AZ Series.
The neck form is also compound-radius, which greatly improves playability.

Gotoh T1802 tremolo bridge
The Gotoh T1802 tremolo bridge is a new version of the Gotoh 510 bridge, which has an established reputation as the definitive tremolo bridge among many players and guitar brands, through a collaboration between Ibanez and Gotoh.
It features a hard-cut titanium saddle and a cut steel inertia block for both a solid and fat sound with a good sound startup, as well as an extended high frequency range.
The narrow spacing design with a 10.5 mm pitch between strings is designed for ease of picking across the strings, which is required by players who frequently use skipping and hybrid picking.
It is also equipped with an Ibanez Edge tremolo arm and an Ultra Light tremolo arm
(made of carbon / UTA20 / sold separately) can be used with this arm socket.
The arm socket can be snapped in without having to turn the arm in like a conventional arm.
The tremolo arm torque can be easily adjusted by rotating the torque cap on the arm attachment.
In addition, a stud lock mechanism is included as standard equipment, which is firmly secured by an imo screw embedded in the stud and contributes greatly to tuning stability and resonance.
The floating two-point support allows for smooth arming and arming up.
